In the rain forest of the Sunshine Coast is a rare and special venue that is @JB’s Conference and Meeting Centre. It is perfect for teams of up to 15 people to hold meetings, small conferences, team building sessions, and offer training in a relaxing and private environment.

The distinct difference between our natural bush setting to typical hotel venues of the Queensland is that it removes you from the usual hustle and bustle whilst still providing modern equipment and technology for your team to focus on what matters most, your business.

Do we offer Accommodation?

Our venue does not have accommodation available. Fortunately, there are plenty hotels available in the coastal town of Noosa, which is only ten minutes drive away. There are also many other towns within the Sunshine Coast and if needed, we can help organise a hotel.


Where is the JB’s Conference and Meeting Centre?

For privacy reasons, the location and directions are only disclosed upon enquiry. To give you an idea, the premises is between Noosa and Eumundi, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The Maroochydore Airport is only 25 minutes drive away, and 90 minutes from Brisbane.


Do we provide catering?

There are fantastic meals and beverages available while you’re with us. If there are any members with dietary requirement, we will cater to those needs. We offer some nibbles on arrival, along with lunch and afternoon tea. If you wish, we can also supply canapés afterwards. We can cater for you in your choice of location; beside the creek, looking over the dam, or in the beautiful Sunshine Coast rain forest.

If you’re interested in team building exercises, we may be able to organise a chef for an interactive lunch.


What type of transport is available?

Depending on how you plan to travel to JB’s Conference and Meeting Centre, we can facilitate by providing transport for your team. If you’re outside of Queensland and intend to fly to our local airport, we can schedule vehicles to transport you to and from the airport, your accommodation, and our premises. You can also hire cars to rent from the airport, take a taxi, or minibus.


What equipment do we supply?

• Stationary, flip charts, whiteboards etcetera


What should you bring?

Bring suitable clothing for any weather conditions. A hat, jacket, and for Occupational Health and Safety reasons, please wear flat covered shoes.


Do we offer facilitation services?

The owner, Jenny Brice, is a local to the Sunshine Coast. She runs her own business from the same property offering executive coaching, mentoring and facilitation. If you are interested in including her as a facilitator for your time at JB’s Conference and Meeting Centre, please let us know, as she would love to get involved and help your team reach the goals you set to achieve by visiting our venue.


Meet Jenny

Jenny Brice is an Executive Coach and facilitator who has clients along the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Late 2013, one of her clients visited her on her property for a coaching session and commented on how the setting would be an ideal venue for conferences. It was private, beautiful and unique, nested in rainforest with an ideal climate.

Jenny having facilitated many conferences understood the importance of the setting and wanted to provide a venue that escaped from the traditional hotel room, and enabled people to be able to be relaxed and focused.
This was the birth of the idea.

After consultation with other clients, Jenny decided to expand her business and develop a boutique conference venue for her clients on the Sunshine coast. She saw this as a perfect extension to her business.

It is an ideal location based a short distance away from Noosa, 30 minutes from the closest airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane.

Flexibility for clients was important and the venue can either rented out separately or can engage Jenny’s facilitation services.

Irrespective clients are treated like first class clients when they visit the venue, with seamless service, modern facilities and special touches that make the experience relaxed and unique.

Some clients decide to extend their stay and visit Noosa and the Eumundi markets at the end of the conference. How better to combine work and pleasure?
